Only complaint would be that the collapsible paddle is hard to clean. Included recipes are great too.Great service from the Custom Loaf ProI have been making bread at home since the 1990s, and purchased my first Custom Loaf Pro in 2014. Prior to the current purchase I have purchased two of this model, which does everything I would wish from a bread making machine. The fold down paddle is a great innovation. I make three or four loaves a week, so service 11 years from the two is pretty good going. During the period there was a satisfactory repair, tightening of the belt, by an authorized Breville repairer.BEST BREAD MACHINE EVER!!!I have owned many bread machines over the years, but hands-down, this is the BEST MACHINE EVER!!! I have made many many different kinds of bread, and each and every loaf comes out PERFECT! I’ve read the reviews regarding the paddle, but if you are able to get in there with a small hex key and tighten both of the screws just to where there is some resistance in the paddle, you should never have a problem. In addition, if you soak the paddle in hot water and DAWN, and work it back-and-forth to get any dough material out from in between the two sides of the collapsible paddles, you will never have a problem! Easy to use, easy to clean, and works FLAWLESSLY!!! Love it 😍Legendary service
