A little noisy in comparison to other microwaves I’ve owned

Love this microwave it replaced the exact same model that I had previously that was killed by a power spike.

Completely unhappy with this microwave BMO735SS as it has never really worked well. Shortly after buying to replace a new Panasonic flatbed, I read the reviews for this model and realised this too was a stupid purchase. The door has never been easy to open and the dials are not accurate. After only having it 6 months bulbs blew and your support staff were not friendly. It has been taking longer and longer to cook any meals and this week it stopped heating altogether. The lights are on, turntable works, timer works BUT nothing heats up at all and it doesn't matter how long we set the timer for. Our model is approximately 6 years old but I expect the microwave to work for a lot longer than that. We are now doing serious reviews on all makes and models before making a decision on a new model. And as an older person who worked in electrical shops and department stores when brands could be relied on and usually repaired this I find disappointing
