Inverter heating
While a typical microwave simulates a lower power level by switching the maximum power on and off again (e.g. 50% power level runs at full power for half the time, and at zero power for the other half), an inverter microwave such as this one provides a constant flow of energy at the selected power level, a bit like a gas burner on half heat. This helps to ensure that your food is evenly and consistently heated, for more delicious results.
