First time I’ve bought a sage product and I must admit am very pleased with it. I bought the soft top luxe kettle in brushed stainless steel. It’s very stylish, a good size with a swivel base and a classic style that’ll not date. The boil takes a decent time and just when it’s ready a little bell goes off to say it’s finished which is a nice feature. The only downside is that I would say is that the window on the side for the water level is very dark and hard to see where the water is up too. But that’s not a problem really, it wouldn’t stop me buying or recommending Definitely would buy again and now am considering buying the toaster to match.

Nice soft lid. Solid base. Not too noisy. Heats fast. Easy to operate. Good handle.

Just a couple of design issues which I believe a buyer should be aware of. After boiling your water this kettle is extremely hot, there is no insulation method so therefore if you touch it by accident or have a forgetful moment, it will burn your skin. Also the length of the cable is longer than most, so also be careful how it bunches up, as it may rest against the kettle and melt the cable!!! I do like the kettle, but you have to be careful.
