    Great jug turned bad
    We purchased this jug because of the brand and have been really happy with it until recently - the jug has started leaking out of the bottom and near the handle which is really disappointing. Have owned it for 2-3 years but expected it be be higher quality and have a much longer life span especially when considering the price. Have raised an inquiry and am hoping to get this problem resolved.
