Works well. Fairly noisy, boils a long time before switching off. I was surprised that there was no light to indicate when switched on, I had thought this would be standard. In fact I phoned the help desk to check whether this was a fault.

I have owned this kettle for 3 1/2 years now, used multiple times every day, still working perfectly only needs basic cleaning.

We have had our kettle for at least 2 years. It replaced another exact same kettle. The original one still works perfectly, but the little plastic bit on the lid kept popping off after a number of years. Doesn’t effect performance but just looked a bit blah so we replaced it with the same kettle. Still have the other one and take it camping with us. Boils relatively quick. There are so many kettles with extra features that this doesn’t have, but at the end of the day, I just want to boil water for hot drinks etc. this is basic and does the job. It is a little loud which is why I gave it 4 starts and not 5. If they could quieter it a little, it would be perfect.
