Pros: The adjustable slicer THE absolute best with great accurate slicing when you need it at 1mm thick to 8mm thick slices. Can slice potatoes or similar produce into a deck of cards. Large chute can handle really big items. Great powerful motor that can make great but butters. Great pulse function for quick chopping action. Cons: The whisking disk for whisking cream or egg whites are ineffective. Plastic construction on some parts of this machine can be broken if dropped or not careful. Overall: A great machine that does the basics very well. The slicing function is the greatest boon on this machine, slicing so thinly and accurately and speedily it's like it's been done by a chef with 20 years experience.

After my 40 year old kitchen wizz finally died I upgraded to this model and absolutely love it. The bowl size is perfect and all the attachments are so useful. I love the fact that the slicer can have different thicknesses, and it has really speeded up my cooking preparation. Overall, I am glad that I purchased this product.

I purchased the Kitchen Wizz 15 Pro because my sister has one (nearly 6 years old and has had a hard life!!). It is one of her favourite and most used kitchen appliances. It's reliable, easy to clean, cuts, slices and processes anything we need. The handle is sensibly placed (not on the side like other brands!). The motor is quite considering how powerful it is. The multiple size shute makes it versatile when slicing or grating. I especially love the small mixing bowl-it's a bonus for those small blending tasks. My other brand machine stopped just before Christmas. Thank goodness I had already ordered my new Kitchen Wizz, it made cooking & cleanup a breeze for Christmas dinner and Boxing Day breakfast. Thank you Breville for making a reliable, sensibly designed machine.
