    Overview

The Breville Kitchen Wizz 15 Pro food processor is a handy accomplice for all your slicing, chopping, dicing, shredding, and kneading needs.

Enjoy the versatility of two feed chutes - one extra-wide chute to produce longer slices, and a mini feed chute for processing long, thin ingredients with reliable stability. Breeze through tougher ingredients thanks to the improved direct drive, high-torque 2000W motor. The micro-serrated Quad Blade System allows you to chop and mix without resistance, saving you time by cutting on separate planes. The variable slicing disc can be used to process everything from carrots to salami, with 24 thickness settings to play with. Stay on top of your recipes using the multidirectional timer, which can count up or down and stop the processor once the time has elapsed. Keep all your attachments in one safe place using the unit’s storage box, saving you the trouble of rummaging through drawers when meal prep beckons.

This Breville food processor will remove the grunt work from your recipes, inspiring you to cook often and cook differently.
    Two chute sizes

Process whole foods using the extra-wide feed chute, designed to produce longer slices. If you’re processing long, thin ingredients such as carrots, use the mini feed chute to safely secure your food.

    Heavy-duty induction motor

The improved direct drive, high-torque 2000W motor will be a lifesaver for those jobs you dread tackling with a knife and chopping board. This high performance is met by a large capacity, with a 3.6-litre bowl handling your processed produce.

    Quad Blade System

The four micro-serrated blades will ensure even results and save you time thanks to a cutting motion that occurs across multiple planes.

    Variable slicing disc

Whether you need thin slices of potato for crunchy homemade crisps, or you’re after thick tomato slices for a sandwich, this processor is capable of producing nuanced results. The variable slicing disc gives you 24 thickness settings to experiment with, from a paper-thin 0.3mm to a more hefty 8.0mm.

Cleaning nightmare and had hidden areas you can’t dry!
I received my food processor yesterday and was very excited until I tried it! I only used the slicing option and it was enough for me to pack it back up and wish I have never bought it. The food bowl has areas where water is trapped when you wash it. These areas are inaccessible and could lead to mould later on. Same with the actual blade. There is an area where the plastic is holding the blade but has a gap where proceeded foods can be caught. I spoke to 1/2 hr with the brush given and toothpicks trying to clean it but there is still carrots there. The idea of processing food with a blade that had built up of foods from before is disgusting. Sorry but I am disappointed!

    Home chefs best accessory
This model does not disappoint. The 2000 watt motor completes all tasks with ease, and the 25-year motor guarantee validates its abilities. The attachments are conveniently packed in their own storage box, making a selection of use easy. One of my favourites is the variable slicing disc which has 24 settings. Any default thicknesses do not limit you; it is excellent for cutting vegetables for freezing. The grating and shredding attachments make short work of all tasks. It does everything you want and more; you won't be disappointed. I still have more to explore; undoubtedly, they will also make my time in the kitchen easier.

The best on the market for its class
This is absolutely one of the best home food processors on the market.. I've had mine for 8 years now and it's been amazing. Super powerful and has a huge capacity. 10 times better than any kitchen Aid food processor.

    Questions & answers

what’s the difference between the 15 and 11 ? do they both come with a smaller bowl ? can u do nuts and seeds ? jody81 · 2021-06-26
The difference between the Breville® BFP800 Kitchen Wizz® 15 Pro and the BFP680 Kitchen Wizz® 11 is the cup capacity of the large and small bowls, the warranty which is 2 years on the BFP800 and 1 year on the BFP680, the counter top foot print, and the addition of multiple blades and disks on the BFP800. They do both come with a smaller bowl included and, depending on the type of processing, can handle nuts and seeds very well. Breville-au Team
