Powerful, quiet, well engineered. Does a great job. The study glass bowl and built in light let you see exactly what stage the mix is at. Very pleased I chose this mixer. No wobble/travel issues I experienced with the previous brand I had used.

I am very happy with my new mixer. I've used it for cinnamon buns, cookies, and pie crust so far. And it sure makes baking a lot easier. The machine I bought came with damages to the finish, and a bowl with defects, but they sent me a new bowl and the new bowl is absolutely perfect. They offered for me to send the machine back to exchange it for a new machine due to the damages to the finish. But I have back problems, and that would have been too hard for me. I can live with the damages to the finish. To me, as long as the machine works good. I am happy.

I bought this mixer a few years ago. One can say - if it worked several years it is great. But the thing is I used it very little and now it is not working and it is too late for the warranty. It just stopped rotating normally. Now it can not even beat egg whites as the mass becomes thick. Now that I need a new one I would rather buy Kitchen Aid as I see many people have them for years and years.
