The machine I bought came with damages to the finish, and a bowl with defects, but they sent me a new bowl and the new bowl is absolutely perfect. They offered for me to send the machine back to exchange it for a new machine due to the damages to the finish. But I have back problems, and that would have been too hard for me. I can live with the damages to the finish. To me, as long as the machine works good.
