I was very happy with this stand mixer until a couple of weeks ago. Purchased Jan 2020 and it worked perfectly until Aug 2024. Was always gently used - never did bread dough in it. Was mixing cake batter and unit beeped and shut off. Figured it may have overheated, although no error codes showed. Now, mixer just beeps once, lights work but does not work at any speed. Very disappointed as I have many Breville products and quality is always high. 4 years is not long for a gently used stand mixer that looks like new.

My machine jumps and shakes. I have to hold it in case it jumps from counter. Is it normal? Anyway to fix it?

Used it for more than 3 years and really do like it except: a) it’s difficult to add more ingredients while it is operating and b) it often misses mixing the ingredients at the very bottom and centre of the bowl. However, I do like the appearance of the mixer, the built-in timer, the pull hole in the electric cord, and all the neat accessories which I purchased.
