Purchased Jan 2020 and it worked perfectly until Aug 2024. Was always gently used - never did bread dough in it. Was mixing cake batter and unit beeped and shut off. Figured it may have overheated, although no error codes showed. Now, mixer just beeps once, lights work but does not work at any speed. Very disappointed as I have many Breville products and quality is always high. 4 years is not long for a gently used stand mixer that looks like new.Lovely serviceAmazing service...Thank you so much!Is it normal that the machine shakes crazy?My machine jumps and shakes. I have to hold it in case it jumps from counter. Is it normal? Anyway to fix it?Legendary service
