Load of rubbish
Only 6 days I've had this and what a load of rubbish. The blades don't meet close enough and food gets caught in between them. The blade then pops out and this product is very dangerous. I believe there should be an urgent recall of them. Seems to me after reading recent reviews this is a huge problem. Where do I get a refund??

This has been a fantastic product, the best of its type available
We bake bread at home for 20 years and have found the Ezy Carve the best electric knife by far. However, recently our last 3 Ezy Carves have failed soon after purchase - mainly running rough &/or blades not removeable. Great design, but poor Quality Assurance!

Cant remove blades to wash
This was a gift and we find it excellent for evenly cutting homebaked loaves of bread. But, blades not working so well after three months - we have not been able to release the blades to wash.
