Brilliant
Got this machine for Mother's Day. Love it. Cooks perfect crepes and even small pike lets all quick and easy. Th only thing I don't like is they should have some plastic lid type cover to protect hot plate from getting scratched when in your cupboard or kitchen drawer I cover mine with tea towel. Only reason I give 4 stars. Breville should look into this.

Just buy it!
I bought this a year or two ago. Gets used every Sunday. Perfect pancakes every time. Easy to use easy to clean.

Huge crepe maker
I have only used it once and was very disappointed. It was very fiddly having to use the batter spreader. Maybe I just need more practise. The temperature control is good.

FANTASTIC SERVICE
Hello I refer to the below message, and advise - THE EAGLE HAS LANDED....!! Many thanks for the amazing service.. NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!! FANTASTIC SERVICE - AND to top it all off, I received TWO communique's earlier this morning, one as TEXT and one by a clear concise courteous phone message (as I didn't even have my mobile ON at that time of the morning..YET!!!) and next. doorbell rings and here it is - AT 9:20 AM...!!! (all the way from Sydney TO Port Macquarie) AMAZING!!!! Kenneth Eather, PORT MACQUARIE
Excellent work!
I would like to congratulate you on your wonderful service. I ordered an INSINKERATOR yesterday and the delivery today was impeccable. I do not normally write emails of this nature, however, Michael and Layne (delivery guys for you) were brilliant. I was regularly contacted (telephoned 2 times) and delivery was undertaken smoothly. Please let them know how much this was appreciated, given that it is usually the case the people write to complain!Excellent work! Joseph, Edensor Park, NSW
Delivery people are excellent
Please let your management team know that my appliance arrived yesterday and that the delivery people made such an excellent effort to contact me and inform me of delivery times. I think this is a great service and that the delivery people are excellent. Marilyn, Mackenzie, QLD
