Love this fry pan, have had others and found heating of pan not even on surface, this one DOES NOT have that issue, temperature control is great also. Only thing I would change is to be able to close off steam vent in lid,nothing a little foil didn't fix. Pan is easy to clean also.

I purchased this for my mother, who has now (finally) thrown out her 56-year old frypan. She is delighted with the product and has used it for almost every meal since it arrived.
