It’s my first proper garment steamer so I can’t directly compare to others, but it’s a clear step up from a cheaper Kmart one I previously used. I’ve only used it a few times so far, but performance has been consistently good and it’s very easy to use. The steam output is strong (one of the higher outputs compared to similar models when I was researching), and combined with the ceramic plate and brush attachment, it removes creases quickly and efficiently. I’ve also noticed my clothes seem to stay smoother for longer after steaming. I’ve used it across a range of fabrics, including delicate items, with no issues or damage. The water tank holds a decent amount, so it doesn’t need constant refilling, and the long power cord is a nice practical touch that makes it easier to move around. I haven’t used it long enough to comment on the ActiClean Easy System yet, but it’s a good feature to have included. Overall, very satisfied so far.
