You should have a better brochure that simple people can follow and abridged version before you use the item like on page 9 ...that is what some company's are doing since This is a fairly new product and not the run of the mill...think about it gentlemen we are not all computer whizzards you know what about the elderly they have the money..

I understand some of the drying cycles are very long , but asked the Bosch company to go to unit and explain the workings to tenant. Tenant now happy.

It's a really good washer/dryer. Like all front loaders, the wash cycle takes a long time, which means that if you're working and want to wash during the week, you really need to get it on super early to have chance of hanging it out in time. The only thing is that it is a bit complicated trying to follow the instruction book. And the dryer only takes half the load of the full washing cycle. But, it all works really well and we like it.
