The door lock was replaced, but this didn't fix it a main board was ordered which did. Then again this Christmas 2017 the same problem has happened with the same symptoms. I can only hope next Christmas it doesn't happen again as it will be out of warranty.Everything I wantedI was cynical about buying a front loader after having one years ago and hating it. Due to space limitations I had to seriously consider a front loader so researched lots of brands. Bosch has delivered in every aspect. It has far exceeded my expectations and I am so happy now I made this choice.Legendary service

Within 10 minutes the new machine was connected and ready to go, with the old one on a trolley on the way out of the house. I haven't used the machine as yet but we just upgraded from our old LG so I'm sure it'll be just as good, if not better - and with a 10 year standard warranty, I don't think we'll have many if any problems.
