    Great oven
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the oven for over a year, it's been thoroughly great for all my baking needs. Baking with meat probe = perfect roast, Sous vide = perfect steaks with a quick reverse sear. Dough proofing has been a massive game changing, no more over/under proofing depending on the weather etc. baking breads with steam is awesome, general baking of biscuits, slices and cakes have been great. Some of the auto cooking is a bit hit and miss, particularly with items such as creme caramel - better to stick with tried and true methods with a bain marie tray in the oven. for general cooking the auto function does a good enough job though

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced out aging Bosch oven with a new Series 8 Accent Line with Steam. It ended up like buying a computer that can cook. The automated features seem to be well tuned. Wife tried baking bread without any alterations to pre-set program. It came out spectacularly good with crust quality I have never seen before due to steam. Looking forward to cooking other types of food. Oven's internet connectivity and remote control via Home Connect app (with its abilty to search for dishes that may not be included with oven's pre-programmed menu) is a really handy feature.
