    Overview

The Bosch Series 6 9kg Front Load Washing Machine with i-DOS in Cast Iron Grey is built for households that want precision washing with less effort and less waste. The intelligent i-DOS system automatically measures the exact amount of detergent and softener needed for each load, helping reduce residue while delivering consistent results wash after wash.

SpeedPerfect technology cuts washing time by up to 65% without compromising performance - based on internal testing by Bosch - making it ideal for busy weeks and last-minute loads. Iron Assist uses steam at the end of the cycle to reduce wrinkles by up to 50% (also based on Bosch internal testing), helping clothes come out easier to iron or wear straight from the machine. AllergyPlus provides a hygienic wash designed to support allergy sufferers and sensitive skin, while the VarioDrum gently distributes water and laundry to protect fabrics.

With a 9kg capacity, EcoSilence Drive motor and a premium Cast Iron Grey finish, the Bosch Series 6 9kg Front Load Washing Machine with i-DOS balances efficiency, fabric care and refined design for everyday living.
    I-DOS Water & Detergent Saver

Bosch have created a unique and intelligent i-DOS detergent saving system that determines the precise amount of liquid detergent needed for each load. Each time a cycle starts special sensors within the drum detect the load weight, fabric type, as well as the degree of soiling for the automatic programmes, and adjusts the amount of detergent accordingly. Save water by preventing additional rinsing due to detergent overdosing thanks to i-Dos.

    SpeedPerfect Time Reduction

SpeedPerfect technology reduces washing time by up to 65 percent while maintaining powerful cleaning results. It is ideal for busy households needing faster cycles without compromising washing performance or fabric care.

    Iron Assist Steam Function

Iron Assist uses gentle steam to reduce wrinkles on clothing by up to fifty percent. This feature refreshes garments and significantly reduces ironing time, making it easier to keep clothes looking smooth and ready to wear.

    AllergyPlus cycle

The AllergyPlus program delivers an optimally hygienic wash that helps to protect sensitive skin from common allergens and germs. These irritants are reduced as the wash program maintains a constant temperature and utilises extra-thorough rinsing stages.

Great washing machine and excellent service
Recently purchased the Bosch Series 6 washing machine from Appliances Online and I'm very happy with the whole experience. Their pricing was really competitive and delivery was much quicker than I expected. The delivery team arrived on time, installed the new machine and took away our old one, which saved us a lot of hassle. As for the washing machine, it's been working really well. It's quiet, easy to use and the 9kg capacity is just right for our family. I particularly like the i-DOS feature as I don't have to worry about adding detergent every time. The clothes come out clean and well spun. Overall, a great purchase and a very smooth experience with Appliances Online. Good pricing, quick delivery and no fuss with installation or removal of the old machine. Would happily buy from them again.

    Very satisfied
As sad as I was, when my 23 year old washing machine from Germany died, as happy an I with my new Bosch. Firstly the service from Appliances online was impeccable, but we knew that as we had dealt with them before when we used to run a business. They really did turn up 24 hours after I had ordered and kept us updated on their e.t.a. After 3 weeks I can say that I love this machine . It is easy to handle, is quiet, fast and very efficient, although I have not tried all programs yet.

    Questions & answers

Does BOsCH make a Hot and Cold connection washing machine? Alan · 2026-08-20
Hello, Thank you for your question about the product. This model has a cold-water-only inlet and relies on an internal heating element to raise the water temperature to the setting you have selected for the cycle. In fact, over 98 percent of front-load washers use a single cold-water connection because of the small volume of water that needs to be heated.
