What a poor design
I bought a bosch 90cm oven, hotplate and this 90cm? extractor...and yet it fits into a 60cm cupboard...see the problem? How do you line up the cabinets? I'll ask bosch tomorrow and hope for a reasonable answer....but the question is why doesn't it fit a 90cm cupboard?

Good purchase
Pros Used every day ! Great Suction especially with our kind of cooking ! Easy to clean ! Cons low quality outer parts (feels like cheap plastic) for the money we had to pay very noisy on faster speeds and not smooth to slide open and close light does not auto switch off so have to manually switch off Happy with performance but thats pretty much it.

I am so impressed with the fantastic service
I would just like to thank and congratulate you all on such a great company/site and such excellent customer service. My boss required a Fisher & Paykal Rangehood to replace and existing unit in a property he has rented out. I contacted our normal "big name department store" and was told a price that was approx $55 more expensive that what your price was. I was then told by this supplier that due to no stock at Fisher & Paykel it would be 5-6 weeks for delivery. I then rang Fisher & Paykel directly who advised stock should be in by the end of next week. In the mean time, whilst on hold to various departments, I came across your website. Personally I prefer to shop online, however my boss tends to be a bit cautious. I rang your customer service team and spoke with a very friendly and helpful staff member by the name of Andrew. He confirmed stock was there. That was on the Friday and on Monday morning it arrived and he had this installed by Tuesday for his tenant. I am so impr Rachel, Coburg, VIC
