For added safety, all Bosch gas cooktops feature a flame failure device. This feature stops the supply of gas to the burners if the flame is extinguished.

    Easy clean tempered glass

    This premium model with tempered glass base is easy to clean for total convenience and completed by a frameless finish for a stylish and sleek look. This cooktop offers a standard and semi-flush built-in option which lets you choose between a flush or slightly raised installation.

    Powerful wok burner

    This FlameSelect gas cooktop features a powerful wok burner which conveniently sits at the left hand side of the cooktop and provides up to 15Mj/h. Suitable for use with flat-based pans or with a wok using the wok ring provided.

    Sturdy pan support

    The continuous cast-iron pan supports offer high firmness and stability for your cookware. The pan supports are easy to clean as they can be removed separately for each gas burner.

    I love it
    This cook top is great. You can control the heat so easily which I love. The black glass is so easy to clean and doesnt streak. From a distance the hobs look quite high but the functionality of the cooktop makes this a worthwhile look sacifice. Its a great cook top,a little bit more expensive than the others but being able to control the temp so well is also worth it.

    Bosch gas cooktop
    This cooktop looks gorgeous but is a bit of a trial to clean. It needs to be completely washed and then I find a mixture of vinegar and cleaning alcohol sprayed on assists - wash first then wipe it over after each use daily - helps with the ‘dust’ that settles on it too.

    Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question, you will need to check the cutout dimensions of the old cooktop and some of the St George models were made in different factories without the actual model number I'm flying blind, if you have the old user manual there this may even have the overall and cutout is what we are after this way we can check both the old and new cutouts but if this was cut in a stone benchtop then you can expect some sort of cutting required as these were cut in tight to suit the old cooktop.     Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question, your stone benchtop was cut out to suit the old cooktop, there may be some sort of alteration that is needed to be done best to call our sales team on our free call number and arrange for an on-site inspection and quote, cause if the benchtop needs to be cut this is only done by a qualified stone mason who has the correct tools and dust extraction gear to be able to provide this service, there will be a small onsite fee of $95.00 and when you decide to proceed with the installation the original $95.00 will be deducted from the overall total. If you need to have this installed there is a fee for the plumber which is able to been seen on our website once you place your postcode & suburb into the delivery locator, this will check stock in your state, display the installation fee if you reside in their installation area, also provide the next available installation date, please keep in mind the fee online is a like for like installation this does not cover any cutting of stone, granite or timber benchtops, this would need to be quoted on in which case please call our 1300-000-500 and chat to a sales team members to assist you.
