Haven't yet installed appliance as my new kitchen isn't quite finished yet but after doing a lot of research this Bosch induction cooktop was exactly what I wanted at a good price & also came with a bonus cookware set! I used to go to **** to check out the item first, and then head back to Appliances Online to buy at a considerable discount. Now I can check dimensions on line and read the specs etc without leaving home. I don't have to visit ****, even if he is dressed as a clown, or old codger. And I know I'll be getting the best price around. Well done! The site is very informative, and allows me to make an informed choice in the comfort of my home. One of the best shopping experiences I have had
The staff were helpful and courteous at all times. Calls were answered quickly, unlike many places where you have to hold on forever, and when people said they would ring back they did. And the prices were excellent. Also, the delivery people were great. We have a difficult site for access, but deliveries were on time, and without complaint.
