We had an old induction cooktop from another manufacture. It was so poor in its performance that we almost switched to gas. So glad we gave induction another go and went with Bosch which was recommended by my sister-in-law who worked for an appliance retailer after working in food preparation in clubs for many years. It's so fast yet easy to control the heat. Best for me as the dish pig is that pots and pans are so easy to clean. No burnt on food.
