I love the big size of Glass tray. It can be used for many ways; roast meat, prenty of roast vegetables, lasagne, baking, and also as serving dish. Because of big capacity, the food cooked evenly and make for lots of people at one time. It's also strong and durable, and easy to clean. Easy to cook in oven and serve on the table directly.

Having used Pyrex and other types of glassware for baking over the years I am really impressed with how my new Bosch glass tray works. It's a generous size that easily allows baking hearty meat and poultry roasts ranging from small to large in size easily. Thanks to its practical glass wall's depth baking roasts directly sitting into the glass tray with vegetables surrounding it or using a metal stand for the roast and vegetables below all give great cooking results each time. A new favourite is potato and vegetable gratin (potato bakes) as this holds a large serving size and cooks the food through evenly each time and browns nicely. The glass is strong and durable, not overly heavy yet very sturdy. By placing the glass tray in the centre of the shelf it heats all food evenly each time. Cakes are moist inside without dry patches and it works great as a water bath also for when baking puddings. I can't fault this glass tray at all and constantly find new uses for it while baking. It's an invaluable addition and update to my bakeware collection that I'm super happy to have.
