The purchase date I entered was wrong becuse I don't knowthe date it was purchased by the previous owner and your form insisted that I enter a date. Also the model number you have displayed on this page is not what I entered on the form. This dishwasher gets occasionally locked in rinse mode and nothing can reset it or stop it. Yes I followed the scant instructions in the manual for 'reset' or terminate program but they didn't work. Eventually something worked and it completed the rinse cycle. Some glitch occurs here - not very good.

Never owned a Bosch product before as they are more expensive than other products, especially the ones made in China. After talking to the salesman in the shop, I decided to spend more and buy a Bosch dishwasher. It is very well made and is stainless steel on the inside where most of the cheaper models are plastic inside. I love it because it washes the dishes so well and is super quiet, you wouldn't even know its on! Love it!
