I had this machine installed in our home built in 2012. It does take a little bit of care and maintenance as does every coffee machine out there. It is quick and easy to produce multiple cups of coffee. Or tea water. The kids use it to make hotmilos/chocolates, with no risk of burning themselves ++ in my view. Perfect froth everytime. Cleaning machine is fairly simple. Ease of ordering replaceable parts could be simplified if you could do it online and not have to call. Love my Bosch! :)

Purchased about 12 months ago - so far so good. An expensive appliance that always requires TLC - simplifies the process of making coffee (fully automatic) but does require constant attention to fill water container, empty drip tray, clean milk system and then requires less frequently, cleaning tablets, de-cal tablets & optional water filter replacement. My wife enjoys the coffee from the machine but wont use it because of the demands it makes on her time...

We have had our machine for approximately 3 years. Over the past 18 months or so it grinds the coffee and then stops with the sign of check brewing unit, it is very frustrating and wasteful of freshly ground coffee. I have always serviced and cleaned my machine, for such an expensive item it is very disappointing.
