would be one of the worse buys, brough 1 for myself then 1 for work. The turbohead is a peice of rubbish, jams up. had to pull head apart due to desin fault were parts are not sealed. hepa filter doesn't take long to block and go into clean mode. then cost a packet to get replacement filter. Would not recoment this unit to anyone. Only brough because I through boch had a good name

I've had mine for less than 2 years and was a fantastic vacuum until it started going into self-cleaning filter mode. It's fine on the carpet but once I get on to vinyl or tiles it stops every minute to self clean. It does this 3 times, then will stop completely. So frustrating. It still does it even if I've just emptied it and cleaned the filter. I'm really disappointed with it and it is becoming unusable

I have had this sweet product for roughly 16 months and it has not let me down.We are a family who kills vacuums at an alarming rate, regardless of cost.This vacuum is a beast and with 2 dogs in the house has the pier to tackle any job, I love its simplicity, light weight but most of all it performance cant be beat. Highly recommended to family and friends and a few have got on the bandwagon since I raved about mine
