Excellent service
Thank you Appliances online. I bought 2 of your products during January - a Samsung washing machine/dryer combo and a Haier chest freezer. Both excellent products & at a great price. I dealt with two different customer service reps both were highly professional and soooooooo helpful. The delivery was when it was convenient for me and the delivery guys were wonderful, courteous and happy to help. Customer service is second to none
I had a phone call at 9am this morning from Les one of your delivery drivers, to say he would be delivering my Electrolux fridge/freezer between 2-4pm, and he arrives just after 1.30pm. I didnt think we'd get the fridge thru the door but he assured me it would and removed the packaging before entering my house. He plugged it in with instructions and then removed my fridge (absolutely unheard of from a retail store) What a fabulous fridge, it is whisper quiet, (my neighbour recently bought a Whirlpool and complained how noisy it was) lots of room and makes a difference from my old 30yr plus year old, that had given up the ghost. I will certanly be buying more goodies from Appliancesonline, their customer service is second to none. Thank you Lynne, Watsonia, VIC

JUst had my new washing machine delivered and installed in Queanbeyan by two wonderful guys named Ali & Adam. The communication re delivery times was as stated, their manner and attitude was helpful and pleasant - a great advertisement for Appliances Online.
