I recently purchased a washing machine from your company and wish to sincerely compliment you and your whole team on the ease and satisfaction of that process. I had just experienced the opposite - had purchased a washing machine which finally arrived 9 days later and then didn't work as it had been damaged during delivery! I found myself back at square one sourcing another new machine. Through the Internet I decided which machine I wanted and your company (totally unknown to me) provided: - * The best price * Many choices of payment * Free Delivery and set up * Took the old machine away * Ordered late afternoon and delivered by 9:20 the next morning I could not have asked for anything more. I appreciate that where I live had something to do with how early I received the machine, but nonetheless the whole experience was a very pleasant surprise. This experience was, "Wow!"
From start to finish this experience was, "Wow!". My washing machine died and I thought, "Oh NOOOO! This is going to be a nightmare!" Earlier in the year I bought a fridge from 2nds World online and it was absolutely painful. I live on the 3rd floor and delivery in Woonona is always "Out of Region", I don't have a trailer to remove the old machine,I am a woman on my own - so no men to help carry it up the stairs....I thought this is going to be another bad experience. With Appliances Online nothing was a drama...delivered the day after I ordered it and up my stairs, connected it up, took the old away, came on time, delivery guys were kind and accomodating...the ordering was simple - found product and service reviews very helpful. Price seems fair and reasonable and I didn't have to leave home to find a machine. I am absolutely WOW'ed by this company and will CERTAINLY order from them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Very efficient, helpful and friendly
Hello, I just wanted to provide some positive feedback on my experience with appliancesonline. I recieved delivery of my fridge/freezer yesterday. The team that delivered my product were very efficient, helpful and friendly. They got what is a heavey appliance up 3 flights of stairs to our apartment taking the upmost care not to damage the product on installation. I was extremely satisifed with the product, the service a the installation service provided by the delivery team.
