You guys have a fantastic setup,I requested a change to my delivery time on Saturday evening,asking that you deliver on tuesday not monday,I had an email back from you on the Sunday in the affirmative,a phone call from from your delivery guy resulted in him turning up spot on time,and a very friendly bloke he was too,good on you all and thank you. Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site. I've heard big brown box is just as good!! 10/10, 5 stars, Top of the Class!!!
