I have an E4 error message and the manual says it is a seal issue and I’ve cleaned the seals thoroughly and the stupid message is still there. Any suggestions?

This dishwasher was installed into my brand new off the plan purchase so didn't have a choice. If I had known the issues I would have, I would have fought tooth and nail to negotiate a replacement on contract signing. The machine doesn't clean the dishes, but just spreads dirt particles all over the place. I've tried different brands of detergents but it doesn't help. Also, it doesn't dry the dishes either, even when you select the extra dry option!

This dishwasher came with my brand new apartment. I have used it no more than 5 times with no issues. The last time I used it, it leaked an enormous amount of water and flooded my kitchen and carpeted dining area. A flashing error of E4 came on after the cycle - but I am unable to find out what the issue is. I have spent days researching the issue, as there is absolutely nothing visibly wrong with the machine - nothing blocked - loaded correctly. I am at a loss!!! I have just been reading other people's disappointment in this product. I am thinking I will now have to replace it, even though I have only used it a few times! TERRIBLE!!!
