I bought this appliance less than six months ago. Unfortunately the label printing isn't waterproof, so be wary when wiping down your dishwasher otherwise you'll end up with the LANKO like me. The soap dispenser sometimes sticks shut which then requires me to run another load.

Although the dishwasher is good, the DISH BASKETS RUST within minimum use. Due to extenuating circumstances and although the dishwasher was barely used, the dish baskets began to RUST within a few months. Blanco (Shriro) insisted the product was out of warranty and refused to replace for goodwill, even though photos were presented to show it was barely used. Website says impeccable manufacturing!! Consequently, the company's products e.g. Blanco, Everdure, Omega, Casio etc. will never be purchased again.

Our old dishwasher "expired" - while it was but ten years old and it had probably not done much, it just died!!... We explored Blanco again.. I have liked Blanco, ALWAYS great ideas, well built and this unit is so much quieter .... top class and a few tricky ideas making it a great improvement in our kitchen
