Does all you ask for a great value price. I particularly love the cutlery tray at the top rather than the usual basket. Fits so many items and cleans perfectly every time. Love it.

In order for our standard size plates to fit in the lower basket, we have to adjust the upper basket to the higher setting. Which would not be an issue, except for the fact that whenever I place a bowl or even a cup into the the upper basket it does not stay in place, the 'handle' designed to adjust the height simply clicks out of place with the slightest weight in the basket. And the handle has even flicked off completely with a cereal bowl in the basket. Also, because the upper basket is raised, the round attachment that links the spray arm to the inner pipe does not match up properly, so I then have to stick my arm into the back of the dishwasher and match it up properly, whenever the basket is pushed back in, usually displacing the height of the upper basket in the process. We are now so frustrated at having to attempt to keep the handle in place, even without any weight in the basket, that we do not use the upper basket at all. So we have purchased a dishwasher and CAN NOT USE HALF OF IT! I see other reviews with a similar issue. If you have a solution for this I would love to hear it!

We bought an installed this product in September 2016- 5 months old. The dishwasher is not washing dishes, they come out dirty and need to be rewashed. I am constantly cleaning the arms and filter. Tried different detergents, have rinse aid installed , used heavier wash cycles, have tested with very small load and still does not wash adequately. Very disappointed compared to other dishwashers. Wanted blanco as have a blanco oven. Extremely disappointed. Blanco can you please advise how to solve or replace the product? Thanks.
