Great mop
The mop cleans the floors great, only problem I found was cause I have Arthritus I can not get the water tank out and have to ask a friend. really needs redesigning to make it easier. also I found it a bit heavy compared to my old one. But it cleans great

The best online service I have experienced
I do a lot of online shopping across many different categories. This is the best online service I have experienced. Appliances Online not only matched a cheaper price, they advised they would call the next day after i ordered to confirm delivery time (which they did), then actually delivered within that 2 hour time window and picked up my old one for free.
