Great cleaning capabilities, easy and straightforward to use once you read the instructions. Only complaint is availability of additional accessories and lack of order trackability

I bought this product after my dog did several pees on my stair carpet and nothing was getting the smell out. It is super easy to use and really gets the dirt out, it is also easy to move about and fill/empty. It's a little bit noisy but nothing that's going to get the neighbours complaining! I've used it several times since with equally good results. I recommend buying the replace liquid from this site as well, it works out cheaper than anywhere else.

Bought this recently and I'm very pleased with it. Easy to clean when you're finished and stores away neatly. A couple of improvements would be a slightly wider brush, and the hose could be a bit more flexible and a bit longer.
