This is our third steam mop and the best we have used so far, the steam control features are great and make operating the mop a breeze to use. (Example: The steam control trigger allows you quick easy control over steam use. The Hi Lo steam selection switches gives you a choice of the amount of steam used depending on floor condition, and the removable unit is great for small hard to get to jobs.) Also the water tank holds a good amount of water and saves you refilling it frequently. Very happy with the mop so far.
