Delivery occurred just as was explained on the web. I was hestitant to buy such a large purchase online but reviews and blogs indicated the company was good. It took away the hassle of haggling instore with sales people and all the extra requirements - delivery, removal of old machine and connection was all included in the price and offered upfront.
