Fantastic customer service I received
I just wanted to leave a comment as to the fantastic customer service i received from one of your employees - Andrew paskalis. He went out of his way to find the washer-dryer to suit my needs, advised me on the size measurements, and negotiated my difficult delivery instructions! I am not the easiest customer, but he did all of this without a complaint - and was extremely friendly and agreeable the entire time. But my worries obviously were for nothing
Just wanted to say thanks for the service I received from appliances online. My freezer arrived safe and well on the day that was organised after a call from you saying the first day was not possible. RETAIL STORE:
My visit to a well known retail shop. Rude staff (apparently I interrupted their chat), didn't know the product (seriously reading the brochure to me) and then out of stock and had "no idea" when they would
get it.
APPLIANCES ONLINE:
Easy to use website,
Great phone advice regarding which model to choose,
Ordered online and managed to pick the wrong delivery date,
Emailed and fixed immediately,
Delivery people called as promised and set a time... then arrived on time (never happens in Canberra),
Really polite, sorted everything amazingly fast.
Ok, so I must admit I was waiting (actually expecting) something to go wrong. How do you get this level of service and substantially cheaper..?
Must admit I am almost hoping for something to breakdown so I can see the repair service... Do you helicopter people in..? ;-)
