    Love my Billi Tap!
    We were renovating and I saw this tap online and the current sale price made it so worthwhile. While I was not so keen for a chilled and hot tap - the fact that this also offered sparkling water was what sold me! It is such an asset to have and everyone who comes over wants to drink our sparkling water now. Would not hesitate to say that this is one of the best appliances I have ever had!

    Good Morning, Thank you for this product question Yes as long as the original item is disconnected & ready to go the driver will collect the old cylinder and remove this on the day, if the cylinder is not disconnected they will not be able to remove the old tank.
