I also only need to use half the powder that is recommended on the box of the powder we use for the same result as my old machine GREAT machineFantastic machineI bought this about 6 weeks ago and have been extremely happy with it so far. Cleans clothes extremely well and is very quiet during all operations. The only issue I had initially was the washing powder tray, it would not close properly. I did however find the fault which was a bent locking lug which bent back into place and operates as it should. The delivery guys were fantastic and set it up for me. Also staff from Appliances Online contacted me as they identified that I had ordered an item that was not compatible with the washing machine. They gave me a refund for that item prior to delivery. Without the call, I would of been none the wiser.Legendary service
