Am awaiting for another new cooktop to arrive as nothing but trouble since had Beko installed. Cannot turn each section off. Take temperature back down to zero but turns itself back up to 19. Have to turn cooktop off completely to stop it from doing this. Very dangerous. Just hoping new cooktop does not do same thing. So far not impressed at all.

Easy to use, heats up super fast and easy to clean

I used this cooktop for the first time last night. Cooked steak on it and it cooked it to perfection. I was impressed with how hot the hotplate got (after a little while to heat up - like all electric stoves). I've never had anything to do with a touch button cooktop before, but found it easy to use. The only thing was I found the on/off button didn't always work, but this was only until I realised you have to hold your finger on the button for a couple of seconds before it switches on - it didn't say that in the manual. After use the cooktop looked slightly scratched even after wiping over, but when I used special ceramic cooktop cleaner, it came up as new again.
