    Only had it for a little while. Quality is better than expected and all functions work well although the fan only option for the oven is a bit of a trap. I put a roast in the oven, set the temp for 200 degrees then came back 90 mins later to find nothing cooked ! Silly me!

    Purchase, delivery, and pick up of old appliance was excellent. Appliance works well and looks good for price. Knobs and buttons feel very poor quality thought, and it’s annoying that 3 of the burners only go in increments of 1,2,3 so the heat cant be very controlled. 1 burner has the ability to control heat better. Overall happy

To prevent scratches on your cooking surface, make sure to lift your pans rather than dragging them. While this won't affect the functionality of the cooktop, it may impact its appearance over time. 2: Element response time, gas cooking would be quicker as you are cooking on a naked flame whereas the ceramic cooktop has the element located under the ceran glass surface and the heat will come through, the ceran surface will hold the heat whereas the gas does not, with gas you can go from a high flame to a low flame quickly. On the morning of the delivery/installation, the installer will text the mobile number provided with a 1-2 hour window when they are likely to arrive.
