    Shaky, but reliable so far
    Had this machine for 2 years, it's reliable, but can be very shaky and jumpy, especially during the spinning cycle. I did not overload the machine. In fact, sometimes a half load makes it even worse. I've been using front-loading machines for 30 years and never had it so bad. Sometimes it shakes so much it starts to "walk", and I couldn't leave home until the cycle finished just in case.

    Never gets dry, poor design WM
    It takes forever to dry my clothes. The dryer can be on for few hours and it’s still damp. If I do not stop the washing machine , it will b continue till I press the stop button. Idk what kinda washing machine is this. Not user friendly at all. And it doesn’t have a function of “dryer” only. Feels so annoyed and waste of electricity using this machine. Never used a washing machine like this before

    Hi Amelia, the inlet and drainage hoses are both located at the rear of the appliance (about 2/10 of the way from the top to bottom of machine).     Good Morning, In regards to the installation under a benchtop yes this is possible you will need to check the space provided in regard to the width and height you will need to have space to slide the machine into with space on both sides of at least 10 to 20mm and the same on top. In regards to the connection you will need to have the water inlet available, and the drain outlet increased to allow the drainpipe to connect to your plumber will need to provide a larger connection as you are not able to reduce this connection, you will need a to have a separate 10amp PowerPoint available. Please keep in mind when a washer is installed in your kitchen this will either be done by your plumber or self-installation as the drivers are not able to provide this as it is not a wet area such as a separate laundry with a floor waste.     Good Morning, Thank you for this product question, the decibel rating is not a required feature as there is so much variation to provide this noise level, and also the garments inside will provide a different noise level for example jeans with a belt buckle attached will produce more noise than the same jeans without a buckle attached, some suppliers may include this in their features however there is not many due to the variations, I find most brands are quiet within the wash cycle however when you move into the spin cycle the higher the spin or RPM the higher the noise level. I'll reach out to the supplier this morning and request if they have this information available, I'll come back to you once I have an answer from them about this for you.     Good Afternoon, Thank you for this product question, and any washer/dryer combination would suit apartment living as you have a 3-in-one machine: Straight washer, straight dryer and a washer/dryer combination, first you need to check that you have the space available so do check both the washer and the space for your new machine as you still need to have at least 10mm (1cm) on the sides, check any door opening that the machine is not preventing a door from opening.
