The Good: 1. looks the part, 2. cooks pizza well with good downward heat grilling the top of the pizza thoroughly and I use some hickory chips for smoke flavour which does the trick. 3. It is more likely a better option for woodfire pizza than the other type of pizza box oven. The not so Good: 1. It is a Beefeater product and was marginally too wide to fit my Beefeater BBQ, so after scratching the paint off the corners of the front of the new pizza hood I had to get the angle grinder onto the flange of the BBQ to get it to fit, 2. as there is no door to hold in the heat it is inefficient, 3. the chimney is really just decorative as there is no hole in the internal sheet metal liner to let any smoke out, and as I use hickory chips the smoke comes out pretty much everywhere other than the chimney, so I will probably drill a hole.
