Inside, above the plates and grills running the whole length of the BBQ is a heavy duty warming rack, set high enough above the cooking surface to keep food warm without overcooking. The rack can be used to keep once cooked or delicate foods warm while the rest of your meal is prepared below. For your safety while cooking, the Flame Failure device will automatically cut off the gas flow if the flame fails.
Quartz Start Ignition
Built into the gas control of every burner, the Quartz Start ignition pin is coated in titanium to provide a cleaner spark. This allows for automatic ignition on every burner by separate gas jets. Never needing any adjusting or push-button operation, Quartz Start Ignition makes it a simple matter to get grilling.

Warming Rack
As the name suggests, the warming rack is designed to keep food warm. If you have meat or veggies that still need a little more time on the grill, the warming rack on this model will keep your cooked food warm in the meantime. You could even use the warming rack as a way to toast buns, creating the perfect burger.

Knowing the temperature of your barbecue is one of the secrets to great cooking. The built-in hood thermometer keeps you informed as to the internal temperature, negating the need to open the hood, consequently letting the heat out.
