Fantastic operation
I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with your service. I orded a fridge on Monday of this week which was delivered on my requested delivery day, Thursday. I received a phone call the day before to give me the delivery window, and then again on Thursday morning prior to the delivery which was bang on time. Went above and beyond
I was amazed to get on line, find the product I wanted at an amazing price (no-one else came near it) and have it at my door the following day. Initially I wasn't home, and most of the issues I had come up against with regards to deliveries resulted in resentful service, but appliances online (Specifically Mark) gave me the friendliest service I have come across and went above and beyond to get my dishwasher there to meet the plumber! I would never go elsewhere again, and the next time I need white goods, I will click, pay and smile again on your site. I've heard big brown box is just as good!! 10/10, 5 stars, Top of the Class!!!
