We have just brought a front load washing machine.....Colin was the Sales guy that we spoke to. He was extremely helpful and totally friendly looked after us well and as a result the machine was delivered early and its now in operation. We were advised that the machine was picked up on Thursday and to be delivered on Monday, BUT it arrived Friday lunch time. Thanks to Colin and the FRIENDLY staff at Appliances on line. Great website and the great service
I just wanted to say thanks for a great website and the great service we have received in the delivery of a cooktop and wall oven. While the delivery was delayed by a day this was not a problem as I was informed promtly and so was able to make alternative arrangements, so no problem at all. The delivery guys were great, polite, careful and on time and of course another member of your team, I believe his name is Sam... hope I got that right!, was really helpful when I spoke to him on the phone, all in all, you guys are great, well done, my thanks sincerely, hope you all have and a wonderful Christmas and I shall look forward to shopping with you again.
