I brought this oven and I’m very happy with it. Very good on power and heats up fast. Excellent value for money

This oven is unbelievable, It makes the best pizzas that a cooked to perfection, in the grill section. I have cooked roasts, baked bread, made cakes and cookies. Everything I have cooked come out perfect. Easy to use and clean. I am very impressed with this brand. Good value for money.

After buying this oven, we became aware that both thermostats were faulty, and both ovens were almost unuseable. The technician who came to repair the oven found that the oven fan was also faulty. He determined that the oven should be replaced under warranty. From that date it took nearly 12 weeks to get a replacement oven - unbelievably, the Artusi distributors did not have any in Australia. It would have taken about another month except that an eventual complaint email to AppliancesOnline caused them to proactively offer to transfer an oven from Brisbane to Sydney for us. The distributors were hopeless. The replacement oven works as expected.
