Never heard of them before. 5 year warranty promotion they had helped. Was easy to install as my last oven was a plug in model, and so was this (not hard wired). So works well. A tiny bit smaller inside than my old Electrolux Chef oven. But only a smidge. For $430, a bargain. Early days yet I suppose, but no reason to think it won't keep on going strong. Paid online one night. Was installed the next morning. Took old oven away. Efficient. In hindsight I shought have paid the $70 fee to have delivered in a 2 hour time window. Would have missed less work. But happy.Legendary service
