Absolutely fantastic service
I have received absolutely fantastic service from Appliances Online. The fridge that I purchased was faulty, and Carla Horvath went above and beyond to help me out. She was friendly and professional and understanding of my situation. She organised for it to be replaced, for free, very quickly, and at a convenient time. Hi, I would like to compliment the manner and quality in the way I was treated with your company from my one and only call. I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks.
